Sian is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, trained in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Krama & Ashtanga Yoga. She is a Level 3 Pilates Teacher & YOGABODY® Breathwork Coach with a passion for promoting mental and physical wellbeing. Providing a safe space for people to begin or continue on their own yoga journey, through the exploration of body, mind & breath. Offering adjustments to suit all levels and body types.
How to Find Us
We are located at Mold Rugby Club. There is plenty of free parking next to the club. Go through the metal gates, past the rugby pitch on your left and enter the hall via the door at the far end. The hall is through the double doors on the right.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for 2-5 mins. Props are used to create support and comfort. Yoga Nidra is also called yogic sleep (a state between being asleep and awake) involving visualisations and a body scan.

Ashtanga Yoga
The Ashtanga Primary Series follows the same sequence and series of poses in a precise order, and can be physically demanding! It is a great class for weight loss and gaining flexibility and strength. Due to the set sequence. levels are given to adjust and extend each pose. It requires a general level of fitness without injuries.
low impact strength
Yogalates
In Yogalates we work through Pilates mat exercises designed to strengthen the core while also working the whole body (especially legs, bums and arms) intertwined with flows to stretch and increase flexibility. Each session ends with mindfulness relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners.
