About Hidden Lotus

The name Hidden Lotus comes from the notion of growing through what we go through.

Like the lotus, we can continue to be reborn as we level up, expand and evolve into our truest form, our highest self. The lotus is a symbol of unwavering faith that we can rise again, even from the murkiest of waters. Healing ourselves from the inside is never linear but once begun, can be key in finding peace and happiness in a chaotic world. Yoga asana and breathwork are some of the ways in which we can begin and continue this “journey of the self, to the self, through the self.” The Bhagavad Gita
