1-2-1 Yoga Sessions in Flintshire, Denbighshire & online can offer support and motivation to help you reach your goals. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, outside in nature (weather permitting) or in a designated space. It’s your yoga, your way.
The consultation is made up of questions about current/past injuries, fitness goals & needs. This can be done for FREE via Zoom or by filling out the online questions below:

Face to face sessions – Mobility Sessions last between 45-60minutes. £20
Sessions involve working through simple poses to assess your bodies own unique range of movement in terms of range of motion, flexibility of each muscle group and strength. This first session also offers an opportunity to further discuss past injuries, goals, motivations and lifestyle – so we can build a plan that will work for you and continues to work for you.
A brief plan with an overview of your goals & exercises to meet them will be provided after the mobility session.
If you wish to proceed with 1-2-1 sessions and are happy with your individual wellbeing plan, we can then work out suitable times for sessions.
Sessions in Person / Zoom:
Sessions can last 60 – 90 minutes and involve checking in with current wellbeing & home practise, connecting with the breath, pranayama, individualised flows or exercises with adjustments and tailored cues. Sessions can be followed by a guided relaxation, body scan or visualisation of your choice. Assessing goals regularly, setting new targets and celebrating progression is key to keeping motivation and achieving your goals..
Home practise tasks are tailored to your personality type and needs. They may involve flows, targeted exercises & breathing techniques. This offers an opportunity to keep working on your goals in between sessions, helping to keep focussed, motivated and on track.
Other areas we can look at and integrate into your plan are: mindful nutrition, NLP techniques, affirmations and mantras, starting a Journalling regime, creating routines and finding Mindfulness practises that work for you.
