Suitable for beginners & intermediates with each pose broken down into varying levels – to support or extend. Classes work on building core strength and flexibility while aiding mental wellbeing.

Please bring a mat. water, any props you may have and a blanket for savasana. 

Classes are set to gentle music and are suitable for beginners while still offering challenge.  During the hour we will work through some simple breathing techniques, pilates exercises to increase core strength and stability, yoga asanas to improve over all strength and flexibility and end with a guided relaxation. Aiming to provide a toolkit of techniques for relaxing & nourishing body & mind.

Class Styles

Ashtanga 

The Ashtanga Primary Series follows the same sequence and series of poses in a precise order, and can very physically demanding! It is a great class for weight loss and gaining flexibility and strength. Due to the set sequence it can be easier to tune into the breath to experience a moving mediation. It’s also is a great way to gauge your personal progress. There are tonnes of ways to adjust and extend each pose too. It requires a general level of fitness without injuries.

Vinyasa Flow 

Vinyasa flow is a more gentle approach than Ashtanga but still keeps the body moving with the breath. Each class will have similar elements but different sequences to work on different body parts or the peak pose of the class. It is suitable for beginners without injuries 

Yogalates 

The core is known as the powerhouse because that is where all movement stems from. In Yogalates we work through pilates exercises designed to strengthen the core, intertwined with flows to break it up and increase flexibility. Ending with a relaxation. Suitable for beginners and those with injuries (providing drs have given consent )

Yin 

Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Its a slow floor based practise that is great for increasing flexibility and developing the mind-body connection. These classes are done by candlelight using props such as cushions, blankets, blocks and straps. A great class for deep relaxation. Suitable for all abilities, beginners welcome.
